Leon Hasancevic Matijasic

* Leon Hasancevic Matijasic Date of birth: 9th of February, 2005. Born in Rijeka, Croatia, ex Yugoslavia. At the age of 6 Leon enrolled in elementary school, the same year he also started his acting school in Youth Drama Studio Malik in Rijeka, which he is attending for six years now. Leon joined several sport clubs. He was included in many activities such as gymnastics, swimming, water polo, tennis, handball and basketball. He loves to express and relax with music, when he takes a break from homework he usually ends up singing and dancing all over the place. Leon had many interests but so far, the acting school and performances became and stayed he's biggest occupation. Focused on he's greatest joy he developed he's skills in acting and performed in seven theatrical performances. Three years ago Leon signed up for audition and got a part in the film Renegades. It was his first step in the film world and Leon was absolutely amazed. Quickly, film became his main interest and passion. Now He is in new Drama theatre, in Croatian National Theatre Ivan pl. Zajc in Rijeka. Leon is learning English and Italian and has a great desire to continue his acting career in some foreign country. He loves to travel and explore new cultures, he would love to meet the film world in America, Europe as well. When ever you ask him Leon is sure, acting is and will stay his joy for a lifetime.
