Brian Plunkett

Brian Plunkett is an actor, engineer, and athlete based in Los Angeles, California. Originally from Herndon, Virginia, he got his start in the performing arts by creating skits with his sisters and performing in front of his parents. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, where he played lacrosse and received a minor in Communications. He then pursued a career in Houston, Texas as a Regional Sales Engineer. Soon after achieving his parents goal of becoming a successful businessman Brian realized that he needed to pursue his life passion of acting. He moved out to Los Angeles in the middle of the pandemic to learn the process of becoming a successful actor and make meaningful connections in the entertainment industry. He has performed in multiple short films, photoshoots, music videos, and new media projects. He has studied in the Intermediate course at Playhouse West in North Hollywood under Holly Gagnier and Wolf Bodison. As a new actor in the industry he is eager to learn as much as he can. With a background in engineering and business he has a multifaceted understanding of creative and technical sides of the industry and his craft.
