Ariel Ford

Ariel Ford was born in Staten Island, New York. She grew up in Omaha, Nebraska where she unfortunately didn't have very many outlets to let her creative light shine. When Ariel was a little girl, she was greatly influenced by Shirley Temple and would perform like her for random people. That is when her family knew she had to work in the entertainment industry. At 16, Ariel worked on the set of April Showers by Andrew Robinson as a featured extra, and learned what set life was all about. Robinson inspired her and gave her some great advice. Ariel then attended the premiere and it was the first time she saw her name on the big screen. That is when she decided the film life was the life to live. At 19, Ariel made the bold decision to move to Atlanta, Georgia in order to break into the film market. She studied theatre at Georgia State University where she was nominated for the Kennedy Center American Theater Festival (KCACTF) and competed in 2015. Ariel is an Assistant Director at Young Actors Playhouse where she teaches children film and theatre. Ariel mostly does film, but she will always love theatre and participate in theatre projects once in awhile. She has many upcoming projects and can't wait to compete in film festivals. Ariel is a Jill of all trades and is also a writer, director, producer, and overall creative.
