Dale LaRue

Dale LaRue is an actor based in Atlanta, Georgia. He was born in Escambia County, Florida and has lived in Florida, Georgia, California, Alaska and France. LaRue enlisted in the United States Coast Guard in 2008, serving seven years as an Operations Specialist and Photographer. His deployments are Alaska based, including Gulf of Alaska, Bering Sea and Arctic Ocean. His focus was mission planning and public affairs. In 2014 LaRue was decorated with the Chief Journalist Alex Haley Award, the service's highest individual writing honor. After separating from the military, LaRue attended EICAR - The International Film and Television School of Paris, graduating in 2018 with a focus in production. His short film, The Last Days of May, is a Romanian-French language film written and directed by LaRue and was screened at the prestigious La Cinémathèque française in Paris, France.
