Drew Phillips

Drew Phillips attended the University of Southern California for Screenwriting, and Acting, where he studied under Emmy award winning writer Lance Gentile (ER) and screenwriter Jim Staahl (Beverly Hillbillies). His acting coaches at USC include Anne DeSalvo, and John DeMita. He continued on to Temple University in Philadelphia for Directing. Phillips worked on the feature film Natural Selection directed by Chad Scheifele. He's also worked at Illumination Entertainment (Minions, Despicable Me), Sentinel Pictures under producer Adam Brawer (Match), and Permut Presentations under producer David Permut (Face/Off, Hacksaw Ridge). Phillips is represented by Talent Express NYC. He's a nerd at heart and brings an Xbox with him when he visits family.
