Philippe Nkouaya

Philippe Nkouaya "Philjohn" is a cameroonian film composer ,music producer and songwriter. He's known for his works on african blockbusters as L'Axe Lourd and Eternel. Philippe launched into music entrepreneurship in 2009 through events and entertainment. In 2010, he started in music with the Deadzone Recordz project which he did in parallel with his studies. This project consists of producing remixes of world popular music with African sounds. This project gives him visibility through his beats signed PhilJohn on networks such as SoundCloud and ReverbNation. In 2011, he offered his services as a composer to the artists Duc-Z, Killa Mel and Numérica. In 2012, Deadzone was abandoned in favor of the new project Hope Music Group. he founded and developed Hope Music Group, a record company. During the same year, he signed his first commercial success with Africa Mamy by the artist Duc-Z. He is co-founder of Hope Music Group, and shareholder of Hope Music Publishing, a music publishing company.
