Jonas Muthoni

Commonly referred to as Deviate's fearless leader, Jonas draws upon years of customer service experience, research, and analytical skills he gained after working for Verizon, the largest and leading Fortune 500 wireless communications company in the US. He worked closely with channel leads and West Area functional groups to ensure a region-wide focus on loyalty and superior customer experience. He led the initiatives to improve KPIs within the second-highest revenue-generating region, SoCal, by generating voice of the customer insight through transactional and relationship surveys, field observations, performance metrics, and more. Other roles included Customer Service partnership, outsource partnership, regional process improvement planning, trend management, program management, channel engagement, and providing guidance to the business, and integrating insights into initiatives. Jonas has a passion for helping businesses thrive and maximizing their potential as well as leading cross-disciplinary teams to be innovative and deliver exceptional and best in class results! He is driven by a passion for creative excellence, unparalleled service, and relationship building. He sets the bar high for the entire Deviate team, and as a result, he has been able to assemble a group of the most talented leaders in the field. His team includes a global network of remote employees which allows him to bring diverse ideas and points of view to the Agency and uncover winning and best in class solutions for their clients. Jonas is a firm believer in hiring people who are better and smarter than himself, and often amazed at the team he's been able to put together. Raised by a single mother of 6 kids and from a diverse background, Jonas knows what it takes to overcome struggles and unlock your potential. Integrity is the backbone of Deviate, and he is a true believer in loyalty, building trust, and communication in both personal and business relationships. His educational background is in Business Administration and economics. In addition to business and entrepreneurship, Jonas has also had the opportunity to mentor startups and undergraduates from the University of California, Irvine. During his free time, you will find Jonas volunteering in the community and also a contributor to multiple charitable organizations within Los Angeles, Orange County, and Globally. For the last few years, he has had the honor to serve as a Breast Cancer Board member.
