Kristina Kolmar

Born in Ottawa Ontario, Kristina grew up with a love of music and performance that just couldn't be stopped. She started singing in choirs when she was 8 years old after inadvertently being "discovered" by a teacher in class while singing Christmas carols when she began harmonizing with them and singing an octave higher than the rest of the class. Acting just came naturally and she eventually fell into some television roles broadcast on one of the local stations. After focusing on her singing and taking a hiatus from acting, she eventually found her way back to the screen acting in several local indie productions then found a love for background acting when she returned to University as it allowed her to perform without the pressure extremely long hours or having to memorize pages and pages of lines. Though being a vocalist has always been her greatest love, she still finds time to act whenever possible and looks forward to continuing her career.
