Jamaica Houston

Jamaica Houston was born in Chicago, IL on February 24, 1989. To her parents Tammie Houston and Jimmie e walls.. raised by her stepfather Anthony Houston and her mother. Has 4 brothers. Anthony, Ebony, Jimmie and Isaiah Houston. And 2 sisters Tammie, and summer. She grew up in Englewood located in south Chicago. And later moved to streator IL. Jamaica is now a mother to Aiden Houston, and step mother to Elly, Caelan and Tristan Jenkins. Engaged to the love of her life Joshua Jenkins. Jamaica attended multiple schools. K-6 at Goodlow. 7-8 at John hope college preparatory old Academy High School. There she was introduced to band. She had already learned to play piano and singing choir from the age of four until 12 at her church New Zion Grove. During the time at John hope she learned the basics to music and her first instrument in concert band was the trumpet. You later moved on to Streator High School where she continued her pursuit in music. During the four years at Streator High Jamaica was a part of concert band, marching band, show choir, yearbook, the drama Department and also the honor roll. She also took part of various sports activities. She participated in tennis, basketball, cheer leading, and track. She later continued her education at rust College. She also joined band and tennis. Proud to be a bearcat she was also a part of the ebony fashion Club and was later crowned queen Miss ebony fashion. During this time she was one of the the lead soloist in the rust College acapella traveling choir. she toured all across the entire east coast. Jamaica has been a part of fad management and ready to take this industry by storm
