Jane Ballentyne

Jane's short film credits include 2017's absurdist comedy 'Man Up', which was shortlisted as part of New Zealand Film Commission's Development Lab and later produced by the NZ Film & Television School (Te Auaha); indie comedy sketch 'Op-Shop' (2018); and 2019's experimental short 'Joel'. Most recently, Jane's comedy-drama short film 'Dandelion' has won recognition in a number of International Film Festivals, notably the BAFTA qualifying Carmarthen Film Festival. The film was also selected as a semi-finalist in the Academy Award + BAFTA qualifying Flickers' RIFF 2021 out of a record 6500 submissions.
