Anna Weltner is a Portland-based documentary filmmaker, editor, writer, and video artist known for her short pieces The Blind Aviator and Selfies for Quilts. A former print journalist, she earned a BA in Film from Portland State University in 2019. She specializes in documentaries about art and artists, and in creating video pieces that are works of art in themselves.
