The founder of the "Secret Hidden Camera Agency" Mikhail Troshin (Eduard Flerov) is a former FSB colonel who retired after an unsuccessful operation. In each series in his detective bureau appeals to customers who are at risk. Troshin's know-how is a hidden observation, which is much more effective than working with evidence and interrogations, where criminals are cleverly hiding the truth. The Agency has the technical means that connect to any electronic device recording an image or sound. This allows the Troshin team to prevent crimes and bring out intruders into clean water.
