Spare Change (2007)

Charlie and Betty show up for an evening dinner with their friends, but soon enough Charlie's penny-pinching ways shine through like and land him in trouble. The film is a throwback to 1930's screwball comedy and the dialogue is filled with people talking in phrases from that era, including "You look like a million bucks", "Money Talks", "Take that to the bank!" and more.
