Starlight (2019)

The year is 1984 and the small town of Scottsville, Virginia is threatened by a string of mysterious disappearances. Sheriff Fletcher and his deputies struggle to solve the case with what little resources they have. Sixteen-year-old Dylan is among the missing. However, his story plays out differently as he is actually found alive, but covered in strange tattoos and quite deranged. Sheriff Fletcher must go against his instincts and enlist the help of the town oddball, Clyde Stazzonelli, who seems to possess secretive knowledge.
