"Woman Bomb" is an Escher-like series of shifts between the imagined consciousness of a terrorist and the inner monologue of the "author." Woman Bomb is not a political docu-drama, but a layered and philosophical investigation of spectatorship; feelings of desire, vengeance, and fear inculcated by the media; and the protean nature of truth. Director Charlotte Brathwaite's production features Sajko's text in a mise-en-abime of shifting projections where aggressive sexuality collides with filmic images and sound to creating a immersive environment.
