What seems at first to be an exciting moment for Elaine, a news journalist broadcasting live from the exotic glamorous red carpet of The 72nd Cannes Film festival, suddenly shifts in this taut psychological thriller when it becomes evident that darker, more sinister motivations beneath the surface of the glitz and the glamour are revealed and Elaine is forced to make a tough decision between loyalty to her country and the person she holds most dear to herself.
