Tolu (2018)

In the beginning one can see the protagonist Tolu getting confronted with the income problems of the family. Her father who is a fisher sees the cause in not having any boys to help him out with fishing while the girls are only there to sell the fish. Further on you can see Tolu on the middle of the sea trying to fish after thinking about what the father said. Until this point she is not really successful but after a old wise man who was hidden on the boat helped her out she fished a lot of fish. As she comes back and presents her parents the loot the father realises that also girls are able to do things like fishing and he is proud of his daughter who is now more successful than him.
