Amidst a city-wide curfew, Iranian-in-exile GIV is stuck in a closet-sized apartment with an extremely illusive cat. Unable to sleep, Giv turns to the internet to pacify his insomnia, swiftly falling down the wormhole of online banality. Sleep-deprivation and screen-fatigue soon take hold. Giv begins to wonder if the building could be haunted. After another sleepless night, he finds a mysterious woman sprawled out asleep on the living room couch. The INTRUDER- a take-no-prisoners Nuyorican- bum-rushes into Giv's world, pure NYC hustle-mode. With no explanation as to why she is there, she immediately takes over the tiny space, fueling all the flames under Giv's already unstable state.
