The information technology out pouring and the consequent globalization of world economic activity in the last two decades has created some unusual situation. The predilection for higher education, lack of commensurate employment opportunities and the enticing prospects in a few developed countries have propelled the youth from the developing countries to fly abroad seeking the greener pastures. Though this phenomenon has brought material prosperity it has also created some unsettling human relation problems in its wake. It has stared affecting the modest, caring joint family life, its traditional cultural values and familial relations.
