Requiem: The Man Who Wanted Too Much (2015)

A New Jersey hotshot on the way to Miami to buy casinos gets waylaid in the small town of St. Mar'ys, Georgia because of yacht problems. Irritated at first, he discovers what a gold mine he may have landed on. Planning to turn the entire town into a 5-star gambling resort, he proceeds to try and buy up the town, including all its iconic landmarks. With a mixture of humor and drama, the story proceeds to its inevitable end foreshadowed by its title.
