When Waters Rise (2016)

Taking inspiration from the Parable of the Wise and Foolish Builders, When Waters Rise follows a weathered father and daughter as they struggle to find shelter in the midst of an unprecedented shoreline disaster. Surrounded by despair, anxiety, and mass panic, the pair seek foundation on the rock in order to survive the impeding storm - discovering hope, love, and comfort in each other's trust. Wills are tested, and victory is found in a position of surrender to something stronger than both of them. Filmed on location in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, the film features Rich Kopacz, Hannah Cameron, and Braeden Peters.
