York Street - Novel Trailer (2016)

Brett O'Shea, a serious street cop, is determined to make detective. He works by the book and doesn't believe in anything supernatural. However, Brett is forced to alter his view of the paranormal world when Al, a ghost, appears and announces that he's been sent to help Brett catch a serial killer and solve the murder of Brett's great-grandfather from 1933. Al is an irreverent, rule-breaking ghost, which annoys Brett to no end. To further complicate the investigation, Lisa Winslow, a local reporter, believes that Brett is hiding something. As she digs deeper, the relationship between her and Brett changes and draws the attention of the killer. It soon becomes apparent that the killer has unique abilities. Their investigation becomes a supernatural roller coaster with danger at every turn. How can a street cop and a ghost stop a supernatural killer?
