Time Out of Time

Dr. George Von Hammond creates a time displacement device that allows him to travel back in time; now everyone wants to get their hands on it; including the government and the mob. Now Dr. Hammond travels in time with his cyber humanoids that are able to change appearances trying to hide, but he's being chased there too by the mob and the CIA. Will they get their hands on it? Only time will tell.
