Pin (1988)

When Leon and Ursula's parents are killed, the siblings quickly pick up the pieces and carry on. They are soon joined in their family home by Pin, a sentient doll that was once used as a medical prop by their father.. However, Ursula becomes increasingly less comfortable being around this strange, animate doll, while Leon quickly grows more and more attached to it.
