Foreign Bodies (1996)

Based on a true story, 'Foreign Bodies' tells the chilling tale of the illegal prostitution rings flourishing in North America. Chanida is a fifteen year old Filipino girl smuggled into North America with the promise of legitimate work. But once in the country, she is brutally imprisoned with other Asian girls and violently coerced into prostitution. Traumatized, Chanida tries to adapt, torn between the family she is helping to support, and the nightmare of abuse she must endure every night.
