Bicycle Thieves (1948)

Antonio is an unemployed worker in post-war Italy, who has just got a job for which he needs a bicycle that he doesn't have. With effort he manages to get one, but it is stolen. Out of necessity and desperation he undertakes, together with his son Bruno, the search to recover it.
