Inversion (2003)

Escaping from the humiliating complications of diabetes, Tristan arrives at a motel with the much younger Mel, only to be confronted by ex-girlfriend Serina. Tristans repressed conflicts resurface, and his idealized world disintegrates into self-destruction.
