Javier Rodriguez worked as investigating judge for the police of Cordoba province. In 1976 was accused of belonging to a guerrilla group and was tortured by his companions. He survived the brutal conditions and decided to run away from the country. Denmark granted him asylum. He lived in Copenhagen fifteen years, where he married and had two daughters. In the nineties he returned to discover that those who tortured him became high rank officers. Accompanied by a lawyer for Human Rights, he asked the government to dismiss the ex repressors. For this, he received death threats. But the government did not act with severity and the threats continued. Javier asked asylum to Denmark again, becoming the only political exiled during democracy in Argentina
