What happens when 'the other man' meets 'the other woman?' A pair of neighbors discover they are both embroiled in love affairs in which they are the outsiders, and strike up a friendship that turns into something more. A melancholy romantic comedy, 'Certainly Never' breaks convention while trying to provide an honest portrayal of the stupid and beautiful things we all do to find happiness.
