Six Rides to the Promised Land

During the American Bicentennial summer of 1976, three 19 year old naive hippies hitchhike from small town Pennsylvania to Los Angeles in search of the California Dream. Facing the prospect of dim futures; they fantasize about a life filled with fame, fortune and foxy American Bandstand girls. The three boys embark on a bizarre cross country journey filled with zany characters, beautiful girls and death defying moments. This quirky and poignant teen adventure has 70s Hard Rock at it's roots.
