Regal State

A well-rounded student applies for a prestigious scholarship at his university. Due to the negligence of the committee, he is rejected from what he rightfully deserves. Flabbergasted, he inquires to the president of the university, hoping for reasoning and, if he's lucky, a change. However, on account of the president's narrow mindedness, the decision stands. Despite this, the student leaves the situation stronger and prepared to continue his good-willed efforts.
