Jonathan Edewaard is an editor, writer, director, and producer. Edewaard primarily writes and produces content on YouTube for his personal channel The 2nd Dimension, for an audience of nearly 50K. Raised in Clearwater, Florida by his loving parents, Edewaard gained an interest in film and media during his time at Clearwater High School in the TV Production program. There he worked to produce many live action shorts including the award-winning "Hall Cops", in addition to designing original graphics for the news show. He also worked with his local youth group throughout high school to produce and edit multiple live-action miniseries, as well as a feature length film during his senior year. Towards the end of 2017 he began his YouTube channel, at the time named Phineas Flynn's Law, inspired by the desire to create high-quality analysis videos about cartoons. This came after being disappointed with poor quality cartoon news videos obtaining high view counts. His first video "Phineas and Ferb/Milo Murphy's Law Timeline Explained", quickly garnered over 500K views, and his YouTube career began. Over time, his content began to shift away from news towards analysis and video essay type content, and the channel was re-branded as The 2nd Dimension to better fit. He began incorporating unique interviews with animation industry professionals into videos with the "One Perfect Animated Scene" series. His second feature length film "The Insane Scooby-Doo Spinoff You've Never Seen" was released publicly in Late 2021. Today, Edewaard continues to grow his YouTube channel and pursue jobs in the field of editing. He also occasionally voice acts, and runs a podcast and second YouTube channel "Theme Park Workshop" with Adam Johnson.
