Pablo Knappe Rodriguez

Pablo Knappe Rodriguez was born in 2000 in Tübingen, Germany and was raised near Munich, Bavaria. After finishing school he worked as a bartender, a cook and at a gas station, while at the same time starting to write screenplays and short stories. Despite his love for film and writing he still wanted to study architecture. Only after talking to friends who told him the actual amount of maths and physics involved in architecture he changed his mind and took a one year long course on camera and cutting which gave him the assurance to start his studies at a film school in Munich in 2020. Meanwhile he has given his directorial debut except for little film school projects with the miniseries "Far Away" (2022).
