Ben Walsh

Benjamin (Ben) Walsh was born in Canberra, Australia in 1993. From an early age he was into athletics, cross-country running and sports (with intense focus on Tennis). As Ben grew up he became more and more in tune with his creative side, and one night in Year 7 of his schooling, he claims he "had a dream that changed [his] whole perspective". The day after the dream Ben enrolled in Canberra Youth Theater, and took up Drama classes at school. Since then it was never easy for him to find an agent or jobs due to his living in the mainland rather than on the East Coast of Australia, where all the jobs for actors are, though somehow he managed on his own for some time, obtaining TV Commercial roles and Music Video roles. Ben got critical acclaim for his performance in the Canberra Youth Theater Production of "Room 62791" playing a 17 year old character called Bailey, and also in Year 12 for playing Coulmier in the stage musical Production of Marat/Sade. Ben now lives in Cairns, Australia with high hopes for himself and his acting career.
