Shaurya Katiha

Shaurya Katiha, an Indian actor/author/dancer was born in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. He is raised by a businessman father and mother, a homemaker. He has made brief appearances in several TV shows as well as web series. He started out his career from the Millennium City, Gurgaon at the age of eighteen and portrayed his dancing skills as a student at 'Shiamak Davar Dance Academy'. While he was learning dance, he was called for an audition for CWG, 2010. This is where Katiha began his journey and made his way to a bigger platform. He performed at the closing ceremony of Common Wealth Games, 2010, and shortly thereafter he started working as a dance instructor. During his tenure as an instructor, he choreographed all sorts of performances at several events. His prowess as an actor and dancer brought him an opportunity to move to Mumbai in July 2011. He commenced his career in the industry with the movie 'The Bhai', directed by Thomas Jacob. Besides, Shaurya gets a kick out of writing poetry and prose, in the wake of which he has turned his passion for writing into a professional career. He's the author of 'Gehra Shikhar' which was launched lately in December 2020.
