Cody A. Barnes

Cody A. Barnes was born on January 10, 1992 in Indianapolis, Indiana. When he was young, his family moved to North Carolina where he lived up until his early 20s. During high school, Cody discovered a passion for film editing while working on video projects for an English class. After high school he attended Western Carolina University where he became a brother of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, and earned a degree in Motion Picture and Television Production. He admires the editing styles of both Michael Kahn and Sally Menke. During the fall of 2016, Cody moved to Austin, TX where he currently resides and works with writer/director and close friend, Blair Hoyle.
