Stere Niculescu was a Romanian film and theatre actor .He was born on May 9 1896 in Iasi, Romania .He is the son of the doctor Dan Niculescu and his wife, Andreea. He attended the primary school "Gheorghe Lazar" and the high school "Costache Negruzzi " from Iasi.He graduated from Royal Conservatory of Dramatical Art in Bucuresti in 1922. In 1957, he plays first role in the movie Citadela sfarîmata.
