Sphynix spent her childhood on the streets of Philadelphia PA living and moving from home to home in the foster care system. From the age of 11 to 21, which is the legal age of emancipation from Child Protective Services, Sphynix had lived in 22 different homes. Sphynix released five songs independently in the last 2 years. She has performed at various venues on the east and west coast, notably The Legendary Dobbs, Philadelphia. This stage has been seen the likes of Bruce Springstein, Nine Inch Nail, and Pearl Jam to name a few. Sphynix is the owner of GAOM Enterprises, LLC, an umbrella corporation for her music and writing, the founder of the Sphynix Project, a charitable organization that serves foster children, and Co-owner of Zamco, a successful asset management company. Sphynix's TV/film writing credits include, co- writer on the 2014 Nollywood & African Film Critics' Awards, as well as Presenter working along side, Lester Speit, Jackie Christie, Tony Davis, Micheal Adegoke, Amber Washington and Tina Wiesinger. Sphynix is also creator and writer of two TV reality shows in preproduction stage, 215 Stilettos and Oath of Honor.
