Elias Parvulesco

The real name is Oleksandr Teliuk. Elias Parvulesco (or sometimes abbreviated as El Parvulesco) it is a creative pseudonym. Was born in Ukraine in 1985. Studied engineering (Kyiv University of Economics and Transport Technologies, 2002-2007), contemporary art (Arts course, educational project of the Method Foundation, 2014-2015) and film studies (Kyiv National University named after -Kary Theater, University of Film and Television, 2016-2018). Co-founder and editor of Cineticle, a web magazine for auteur films (2010-2015). Researcher of the history of cinema and programmer of the Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Centre in Kyiv (2015) and co-founder of the film union "Collective Ruins" (2017).
