Jonathan Light

Jonathan Light is a screenwriter, director, and producer based in New York City. Before moving into the world of film and TV, Jonathan worked as a writer and producer at Yahoo! Studios in the original content department, developing a wide range of both scripted and unscripted projects. His background is in classical music and theatre: He is a former opera singer and actor, and he has acted in and/or directed several theater productions including The Last of Mrs. Lincoln, Hamlet and Neil LaBute's Some Girl(s) (Off-Broadway). He holds an MFA degree from The TV Writers Studio in Brooklyn, NY, and a graduate Acting degree from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
