Aphrodite Vlasserou

Aphrodite Vlasserou was born and raised in Germany to Greek parents. During her time there she signed with the record label Arcade and released a CD single "Somebody Loves You", by Scorpions' producer Dieter Dierks. In Germany she toured with the legendary Kool and the Gang and in the rest of Europe with the bands, Modern Talking and Blue System. Aphrodite later moved to Los Angeles where she worked on writing and recording her debut album with Sony music. An accomplished song writer, she also collaborated with Lionel Richie and other famous artists. She was signed on Katrina Sirdofsky's management company, whom A-list roaster of stars include Christina Aguilera and Linda Perry, as well as Joe Jackson's. A true versatile artist, Aphrodite also signed with DMX's record label "Bloodline Records" and recorded three tracks with DMX. Furthermore, she competed in the wildly popular European music reality show, Fame Story. Her success on the show led to the release of a Greek CD single "Ta Panta" (Everything). Aphrodite has acted in numerous movies and TV shows such as; Vanilla Sky, Frasier, Joe Dirt, The Discovery Channel's "Pompeii", Just Shoot Me, 3rd Rock from the Sun and many others. Aphrodite currently resides in New York, continuously honing her acting skills and thrilling crowds with her energetic live music shows. She is fluent in German, Greek and English.
