Milena Nikolova

Milena Nikolova - Milenita is a popular Bulgarian singer and actress. She was born in 1975 in La Havana, Cuba. Having lived in Cuba, Mexico, Spain and Bulgaria, Milena is fluent in Spanish, English and Bulgarian. Milenita has taken part in the most successful Bulgarian TV series "Undercover", 2011-2013, where she plays the role of Adi, the boss of a bar frequented by gangsters. Being a tough girl in a man's world, Adi is well-regarded in the underground world. Within the series, Milenita made a cover of Cher's song Bang-Bang, which became highly popular among Bulgarian fans, reaching more than 240 000 views in YouTube (in an online market with 3m estimated daily Internet users across all age groups). In 2011 Milenita also played the leading role in Bulgarian comedy film Lora from Morning Till Evening, where she was Lora, a young, street-smart and an independent woman in a course of an extraordinary day. In Bulgaria Milenita is highly regarded for being a singer and music composer with very authentic style and original footprint on the local market. She performs in three languages - Bulgarian, Spanish and English and differentiates with low pitched, resonant voice and cool, sensual style. Due to their smart humor combined with slang lyrics, some of her songs like "Cherni Kotaraci" and "Da Ti Go Nachulï" became big hits both among young and middle-aged auditory.
