Ameya Parulekar

Amey Ramesh Parulekar has born in a Marathi middle class family of Mumbai Maharashtra India, he has been fond of Direction, acting, music and writing, since his age of 10 years. He started his career in the school by performing in multiple elocution, mono Acting and drama competitions by winning multiple inter-school and district level awards. When he was in preschool standard from that time also He had no stage fright since then. He also has performed in dramas as well as group dance and singing on Marathi stage. In college days, while performing in the college, he has represented his college in acting and direction for multiple cultural festivals and drama competitions and got reworded for it. Amey is professional Film Director and his short film "Anniversary" got recognised by Oscars (Oscars Academy of Motion Pictures). Anniversary is "Hinglish" (Hindi + English) language Short film released in year 2018. This short-film is appreciated and nominated in various Domestic and International Film Festivals also. He has completed "Filmmaking- Script-to-Screen" Course from NFTS (National Film and Television Institute) London. Till Date Amey has rewarded with 4 National and 5 State Level Awards for his Acting and Direction in Non-Commercial Stage/Drama competitions. One of his key achievement when Amey won Best Actor Award in India's most respected Theatre Olympiad festival/competition called "Cuttack Mohotsav" in year 2016. which is a global platform for international talent. He has written and Directed Marathi WebSeries "Pyaari-Yaari" which was super hit and commercially successful. For these achievements, Amey has been interviewed by many prestigious News Channel like"Zee 24 Taas, ABP Majha etc. As well as Newspapers like "Maharashtra Times, Sakaal Group, Loksatta, Prahar etc." Amey has written and directed several creative commercials and short-films also for Mumbai Metro, Bombay Stock Exchange, Weilingkar's Management Institute and many more.
