Bruno G. Campos was born and raised in the Windy City of Chicago to mother Victorina del Real and father Raul Mota. Bruno has always had an innate desire to perform in front of an audience. At an early age, Bruno would watch television and after seeing actors perform on screen, he would reenact scenes from his favorite TV shows to his brothers and sister. Later in life, this instinct to entertain re-awoke as he found himself narrating a funny anecdote in front of a large group of people and saw that he was able to make them laugh. He now realized that he felt a desire to connect with an audience and be able to entertain them. Initially this idea to have a career as an entertainer felt unattainable, but he did not let this stop him. The urge to follow his dream was too strong and pushed him to follow his goal. He lived in Chicago until the age of 23 and then packed a backpack and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film, TV, and Radio. Bruno brings a passion for life and an incredible work ethic when he performs, and there is a strong valid reason behind this. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer. Going through this life-threatening disease was one of the most terrifying moments he has ever experienced. Still, being able to beat it made him realize he could no longer live a life where he was not truly happy and passionate about every opportunity he had. With a determined live a day-by-day attitude, now, more than ever, he chased his dreams to become an actor in hopes that he can reach a level of success to have a platform as an advocate, and a voice to help people suffering from cancer. Bruno seeks inspiration behind his craft with actors like Humphrey Bogart in "Casablanca". He admires how Bogart's spectrum of acting is brilliant and outstanding during a time where technology in moviemaking depended solely on strong performances. As an actor Bruno works on providing the type of performance that can move an audience to jump from suspense, to laugh or to cry from the emotion he integrates into his characters. He is an avid believer in fitness, practicing sports such as racquetball, lifting, and wall climbing, but chooses boxing as his top choice. He looks forward to working with directors such as James Wan, director of movies including the Insidious movies, The Conjuring movies and Furious 7. He feels that Wan is an amazing, creative director with a unique eye and a strange perspective on things. He believes that working under his direction can help make him a more well-rounded actor. Bruno recently joined the Imagen Marketing Consultant's campaign to help the Latino community get educated about cancer. He became a spokesperson to men that are going through cancer who need support .
